Alexa Meade measurements, bio, height, weight, shoe, and bra size
After being inspired initially from the shadows that she observed in the grasses of trees and the shadows she saw on the trees, she set out in developing a process that didn't depict an object as a two-dimensional picture. The object becomes a representation of its own, while the canvas is carrying its own interpretation painted by the object, particularly when it is a living object or perishable for example, fruit or humans. Alexa's style of painting is ephemeral and only the photographs of her work survive. Both photographic and painting methods are tightly interwoven that the result is nothing but a two-dimensional flat space, which achieves trompe-l'oeil. In this, the third dimension can only be seen within certain places, such as near the eyes, or near hair. Sometimes, Meade integrates her painted models into the three-dimensional world around them, allowing them to engage with their own self-created environment. The lines between performance, photography, and installation are thus dissolved.
