Lis Wiehl (born on 19th August 1960) was born on 19 August 1961. She is an American author and an ex-legal analyst at Fox News.
She's a professor adjunct of law at New York Law School, previously an associate professor at the University of Washington Law School. She was a legal commentator on Bill O'Reilly's radio show as well as National Public Radio. She appears weekly on The O'Reilly Factor. The Kelly File w/ Megyn Kelly. Lou Dobbs Now. The Imus Breakfast Shows. Legal Lis is the Legal Lis podcast and radio show.
Wiehl was born in Yakima and went to West Valley High School. She graduated with a bachelor's diploma at Barnard College in 1983, an MA in Arts in Literature at the University of Queensland in 1985 as well as an Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School in 1987.
Wiehl is a former prosecutor at the US Attorney. She also worked as a legal reporter for NPR's All Things Considered. She was "the the deputy chief investigator for Democrats within the House Judiciary Committee at the time of Clinton's Impeachment." From 1995 until 2001, she served as a tenured law professor in the University of Washington School of Law in Seattle, where she ran the Trial Advocacy Program. She was an analyst at Fox News from 2001 until 2017.
