Ani Difranco

Angela Maria Ani DiFranco, is a singer-songwriter and Canadian American. There are more than 20 albums that have been released by her. DiFranco's music has been classified as folk rock and alternative rock although it includes influence from hip beat and jazz. Ani Difranco has been widely acknowledged as a pioneer for feminist music. In 1990 she was one of the first people to launch her own record label.
